What are we looking for?

We are currently conducting interviews for candidates to join our Pampling&Co store at Vila Real de Santo Antonio, with a planned start date the 27th July. We are looking for people available to work both morning and afternoon shifts, with previous customer service experience and a good level of English.

Main responsibilities

Advise and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process.

Handle inquiries, resolve incidents, and manage sales transactions at the checkout.

Support inventory management, stock control, orders, and warehouse tasks.

Maintain store visual standards aligned with brand values.

Be familiar with the catalog, brand identity, garment materials, sizes, timelines, and shipping procedures.
