Instrument Technician

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry
  out maintenance of filed instrument including routine inspection, Testing,
  calibration, repair and maintenance, commissioning.
  
• Carry
  out preventive Maintenance activities. Helps Senior Foreman to collect and
  maintain necessary documents related to corrective, Preventive
  Maintenance. Involves in making the work permit and carrying out the required
  work as per the work order maintenance contracts (AMCs), and repair &
  maintenance activities.
  
• Carry
  out minor modification works along with general technicians. Carry out Pre
  shutdown, Shutdown activities as per planned schedule and contracts.
  
• Carry out Fault diagnosis of SCADA, PLC, and F&G and associated
  field instrumentation, carry out effective maintenance by doing routine
  inspection, calibration, repair maintenance of Toxic and flammable gas
  detectors, Testing of flame detectors and heat detectors.
  

SKILLS
& REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in repair
  of pneumatic and electronic instrument in the Oil & Gas industry or
  similar facilities.
