Complete all required HSE trainings (e.g. IF+, HSE Golden Rules) in a timely manner.
Understand and comply with Company HSE Policy, KPIs, and international/local safety standards.
Promote safe working practices on site; lead by example and actively engage in Toolbox Meetings (TBM) and Stop Work initiatives.
Submit positive/negative observation cards and intervene in unsafe activities.
Ensure a strong understanding of Project Quality Standards and Specifications.
Coordinate with Contractor (CTR) to achieve and monitor Quality KPIs.
Lead inspections and reviews of mechanical fabrication and installation works.
Review AFC, Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Mechanical Execution Procedures.
Validate readiness of shop drawings and procedures for fabrication and installation.
Supervise timely submission of As-Built drawings by CTR.
Monitor material deliveries to WORKSITE and participate in material receiving inspections.
Ensure proper storage of equipment per Company Standards and Vendor recommendations.
Ensure CTR mobilizes qualified personnel, tools, and equipment on time.
Supervise all Mechanical activities in line with approved procedures and specifications.
Report daily CTR manpower utilization to Mechanical Lead.
Lead pre-commissioning activities aligned with Pre-Commissioning Specifications.
Manage and expedite closure of punch lists per project baseline schedule.
Establish efficient communication channels with CTR counterparts.
Conduct daily Toolbox Talks and activity prioritization discussions with CTR teams.
Promote and comply with all applicable Company HSE Instructions and Procedures.
Execute duties aligned with Company policies, values, and industry best practices.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all project information.
Monitor availability of required drawings, specifications, job instructions, and materials.
Review all relevant Method Statements from CTR.
Oversee and document Material Receiving Inspections.
Ensure proper mechanical installation and preservation activities.
Review and assist in preparation of Pre-commissioning Procedures and Reporting Tools (technical database, punch lists, planning).
Review Contractor’s installation plans (including skidding methods).
Expedite the closure of punch lists within 7 days of identification.
Track pre-commissioning progress and ensure closure of outstanding items as per Commissioning schedule.
Evaluate work quality and team performance in alignment with safety and project timelines.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or Construction.
15+ years’ experience in Offshore Mechanical Fabrication and Installation within the Oil & Gas sector.
Minimum 3 years’ experience on Fixed Platforms (Topside and/or Jacket).
Available for global technical missions as needed.

Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Strong leadership and communication skills.
