• Carry out on-site service visits to the clients, follow the visit schedules.
• Provide routine support to the Sales team in the site observation and optimisation.
• Sampling, testing and reporting the system water samples.
• Check and Inspect the Chemical dosing systems
• Site chemical inventory management and report to the management for the re-ordering
• Interpret the data and provide written recommendations to ensure the treatments are as per the requirement. 
• Provide technical support to customers; identify, root-cause analysis, troubleshooting and escalating as required
• Prepare Technical reports
• Prepare written reports, and or soft copy reports.
• Assist Sales team with plant surveys, start-up of the new accounts and applications
• Follow Veolia safety standards and incident reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering  or equivalent in Chemistry
• 2-5 years of Service in water treatment chemicals application in Reverse Osmosis, Boiler, Cooling Systems, Waste water 
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in Computers (Google Suits, MS Office etc..)
• Valid GCC driving licence (Qatar licence preferred)
