Develop early work opportunities oneachproject and as part of the overall delivery strategies ensurethatall opportunities to advance works on site have beenrealized Chair/ facilitate Value Engineeringon projects at key milestones toensure maximum value opportunitieshave been realized through thedevelopment process and the bestvalue for money achievedManage/facilitate riskmanagement procedures and processes with theHSE manager inhousedesign team consultants and contracture toensure that the clientis aware of all risks mitigated wherepossible or managed the riskso that any potential impact on theperformance of our projects isminimal Coordinate with the projectcontroldepartment and allocate staff on program change control andclaimson each project Coordinate with the clientprocurementdepartment on all commercial issues on each project toensure thatdue process and contractual obligations have beenfollowed and thatthe optimum retail outcome position isrealized Coordinate withStakeholder managementto ensure effective and practical managementof all Statutoryapprovals for each project Manage all clientenduserclients ensuring that they are fully informed of projectperformanceand status with realtimereporting Ensure all client HSSE policiesandprocedures are fully integrated into eachproject Takeappropriate action on poorlyperforming projects Provided detailedreports on areas of concernimpact on the particular project and themitigation strategyproposed for rectification of poorlyperformingtasks Closely monitor all potential changerequestsensuring they are escalated to the Executive Director anduploadedto the appropriate workflow streams for review andapproval Manageall project conflicts to ensurethat project performance is nothindered Ensurethat all weekly Fortnightly and Monthly reports aregenerated bythe consultants contractors and client internal projectstaff inrealtime and issued to the appropriate Executive Managementat therequired times Oversee the quality control ofall elementswithin each allocated project including design mockupsand finalconstruction Ensure overallresponsibility over their allocatedproject teams for the technicalperformance of the project ensuringdesign defects and constructiondefects are addressed effectivelyTake the leadrole in coordinating with all client teams that impactProjectperformance and ensure that all internal stakeholdersareeffectively managed Their requirements (where possible)areincorporated within eachproject Qualifications ExperienceKnowledge andSkills Bachelor in Civil engineering or otherEngineering fieldsto years of relevant experience Middle EastExperience Abu Dhabi Experience Majorprogram/projects/infrastructure/buildingsexperience Project ManagementBusiness Reasoning Commercial Acumen Contract Management CostEstimation Analysis Crisis Management Planning&Budgeting Managing Customers
