Remote Accounts Payable

Job Description:

Woqod is seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Remote Accounts Payable. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is looking to start their career in accounting and finance. As a Remote Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling payments, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and expense reports in a timely and accurate manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Assist with month-end close processes - Maintain vendor relationships and communicate payment status as needed - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
