Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

Msheireb Properties is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Receivable Associate. This position is based in our office in Doha, Qatar and offers a full-time opportunity for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send invoices to customers - Process incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy - Follow up with customers on outstanding balances and resolve any billing inquiries - Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and take necessary actions - Maintain up-to-date records of financial transactions - Collaborate with the finance team to improve billing processes and efficiency

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field - At least 2 years of experience in accounts receivable - Proven ability to work with financial data and calculations - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Resourceful and hardworking with a strong attention to detail - Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
