Accounts Receivable

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Associate to join our team at Ooredoo Q.P.S.C. in Doha, Qatar. As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely payments from customers.

Responsibilities: - Generate and send out invoices to customers in a timely manner - Follow up on overdue accounts and collections - Reconcile accounts receivable ledger and ensure accuracy - Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities - Investigate and resolve customer queries - Prepare reports on accounts receivable status - Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and systems - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or relevant role - Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel - Strong understanding of accounting principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to work independently - Creative problem-solving skills and a persuasive communication style
