Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

As an Online Accounts Payable at Vodafone Qatar, you will be responsible for managing and processing all online payments for the company. Your main duties will include verifying invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Review and verify invoices and purchase orders - Process online payments using company systems - Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies - Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely payments - Maintain accurate records of all transactions - Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and inquiries - Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting - Collaborate with other departments to streamline payment processes - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Project management skills and creativity - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
