Online Accounts Payable

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible individual to join our team as an Online Accounts Payable at Qatar Free Zones Authority in Doha. This is an entry-level position with a requirement of at least 1 year of experience in the field.

Responsibilities: - Process and monitor online accounts payable transactions - Reconcile invoices and payments in the online system - Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and outstanding issues - Assist in month-end closing processes related to accounts payable - Support the Accounts Payable team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 1 year of experience in accounts payable or a similar role - Proficient in MS Office and experience with online accounting systems - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines - Hardworking and reliable personality traits - Excellent negotiation and project management skills
