Job Description:

Snoonu, a leading delivery service company based in Doha, is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Online Accounts Payable to join our team. As an Associate Level Online Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts payable process in an efficient and accurate manner.

Responsibilities: - Process invoices and employee reimbursements in a timely manner - Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies - Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely payments - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable - Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records - Assist with ad-hoc financial projects as needed - Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline the accounts payable process

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 2 years of relevant experience in accounts payable - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software - Excellent communication skills - Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong project management skills - Reliable and passionate about finance - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
