Job Title: Admin and Sales Coordinator (FEMALE STAFF ONLY)
Location: DOHA,QATAR
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as an Admin and Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting both administrative tasks and sales activities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
· Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and reports.
· Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
· Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
· Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
· Coordinate logistics for sales events, trade shows, and conferences.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in an administrative or sales support role is preferred.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong organizational and time management abilities.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
