Job Description - Admin Legal

  • Prepare proofread and edit legal documents such as pleadings motions subpoenas and discovery documents.
  • Manage and organize case files and legal documents in both physical and electronic formats.
  • Ensure all documents are filed correctly and comply with legal standards and deadlines.
  • Answer phone calls take messages and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and court appearances.
  • Handle correspondence including emails faxes and mail.
  • Conduct basic legal research to assist attorneys in preparing for cases.
  • Summarize and organize information gathered during research.
  • Assist in the preparation of case files for court proceedings.
  • Monitor and manage deadlines and schedules for multiple cases.

Requirements

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with legal software and case management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Miminum 5 years of experience in Qatar. Working knowledge of Qatar labor regulations and governmental authorities. Strong problem solving skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize Ability to build strong relationships Excellent communication and writing skills both in Arabic and English Extensive experience in Public Relations/Communications Eye to details and acute organization skills
