Administrative director vacancy in Dukhan Qatar

Administrative Director - Indian Nationals (Full-Time) We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Administrative Director to oversee our operations in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all administrative functions within the organization. This is a full-time position with free visa and ticket provided. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance as needed
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the administrative department
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all administrative activities
- Monitor office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels to ensure availability for day-to-day operations
- Handle any HR-related matters such as recruitment, performance evaluations, and training for administrative staff
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Director or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Familiarity with budgeting, financial planning, and resource management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
