Administrative Assistant We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order supplies when necessary
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and database management
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Contract Details:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month. As this position is suitable for men only due to cultural preferences, we are specifically looking for Pakistani candidates who are already residing in Qatar or willing to relocate.
