Arabic Female Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Arabic Female Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team with an attractive package.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives.
• Reach out to client's top management to close the business.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively networking and reaching out to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Lead the sales team by providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing reports to top management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote our products/services and expand our network.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continually enhance sales and marketing strategies.
• Fluent in Arabic & English, with a preference for candidates of Arabic nationality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Outgoing personality with a presentable approach, suitable for representing the company in various settings.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
