With our continuous growth, we are pleased to announce an incredibly exclusive and exciting opportunity to join our  Cargo Operations Team in  Doha  as a  Cargo Training & Compliance Coordinator.

The role will be responsible for effectively monitoring the cargo training compliance, and coordinate all administrative activities for cargo training.

Some of the tasks include:

  • Preparing monthly training schedule according to the training needs.
  • Monitor and maintain mandatory, job-specific and other airline specific training for QR Cargo staff and its external service providers according to the published training matrix in cargo services manual (CSM).
  • Nominate staff for training based on the training matrix and available schedule.
  • Plan and monitor recurrent training for staff to ensure staff is current to the airline and regulatory requirements at all times.
  • Maintain training exemptions as per the published standards.
  • Conduct pre-audit checks to ensure training compliance during scheduled internal and external audits i.e. IOSA, CEIV, periodic compliance etc.
  • Plan, schedule and monitor training for new staff as per the published time line in CSM and other related manuals.
  • Check pre-requisites for nominations received.
Qualifications

About you

  • High school qualification/vocational qualification/ diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience or Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 2 years of experience in Office Administration preferably within the aviation industry.
  • Effective email writing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Team oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
