Department: INDUSTRIAL CITY OPERATIONS (DCA)

Primary Purpose of Job:

To supervise, monitor, and control Building & Civil Maintenance within the Directorate’s demarcation within all areas of Dukhan Concession Area. To prepare tender documents for maintenance contracts and service orders, remedial and minor modification works. To maintain and update records and history data sheets for Building & Civil Maintenance Works together with information on the implementation of repairing, codes, procedures, and specifications for routine and non-routine maintenance. To analyze and control inspection findings and to assist in the preparation of budgetary estimates.

Experience & Skills:

1. Good knowledge of written and oral English language.
2. 12 years’ experience in Roads, Buildings and Civil Construction.
3. Proven knowledge of contractor supervision and contract administration.
4. High degree of proficiency in MS Office applications and its updates.
5. Demonstrate a working knowledge of International civil engineering and safety standards.
6. Demonstrate a working knowledge of Quality Management principles and practices.
7. Good knowledge in planning and maintenance activities.
8. Computer literate in mainstream office products, have had exposure to online management, document, and maintenance systems including SAP.

Education:

Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
