The Operations Managerensures projects move forward on-schedule and on-budget. Often, thisentails creating schedules, managing personnel, communicating withclients, and working with project managers to overcome challenges.They oversee the operations and implements policies throughdevelopment of operational procedures and managing personnel andbudget matters whilst minimizing cost and maximizing productivity.
Job Responsibilities 1
Oversees for all programs at their place of work or will work withother coordinators in larger facilities or organizations.
Leads design, implement, and evaluate programs that facilitate theprofessional development and continuous learning of employees in theentire group.
Directs long-term and short-term strategicplanning and budget development to support strategic business goals.
Develops and establishes operating policies in consistentwith the overall company's policies and objectives and ensure theiradequate execution.
Ensures all activities and operationsare performed in compliance with the local rules and regulationsgoverning business operations.
Works closely with the HRDirector/Manager to ensure that the human resource functions areproperly resourced and represented within the senior management.
Manages and oversees human resources are allocated over projects.
Ensures proper staffing in each area of the Fun Center andperforming daily opening and closing operational duties.

Collaborateswith HR to oversee annual performance review process and ensure properdocumentation of employee growth/challenges.
Directs companyoperations to meet budget and other financial goals.
Managesand oversees all financial issues in cooperation with the FinanceDirector. Oversees reporting and monitoring of company performancemetrics.
Provides overall financial oversight andmonitoring.
Oversees the annual audit and work closely withthe internal and external auditors.
Provides high level ofsupport to inform decisions the company makes around financial risks.
Manages the Operations Teams to reach long-term professionalobjectives.
Manages key projects and special initiativesthat relate to company's growth with a focus on infrastructure orhuman resources.

• ERP knowledge preferably SAP functionalskills are a requirement to be successful in this role.
