Duties and responsibilities related to the Events Service Manager role:

• Lead all aspects of events operations department, including managing th e events operations team, delegating tasks, provide guidance and support, and ensure all colleagues are working cohesively toward common objectives
• In collaboration with the Director of Food & Beverage, develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Ensure seamless execution of events by liaising with colleagues, vendors and suppliers to coordinate logistics, technical requirements, and special requests
• Be creative and think outside the box, regularly assessing and refining service skills of colleagues and experimenting with new ways of developing the department
• Hire and retain new team members, embracing recruitment and explore new ways of attracting top talent

Qualification:

• Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or events management
• Minimum 1 year work experience as Events/Banquets Manager
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
• Preferably Arabic speaking, female candidates
