Finance Supervisor

Position : Finance Supervisor

Contract : 5 months fixed contract

Joining : Immediate

• Perform Manually and systematically bank to GL reconciliations with completeness and accuracy.
• Supervise bank reconciliations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and associated follow-ups with different teams within the company
• Liaise with financial institutions both in Doha and abroad in order to get the details of transaction as and when required.
• Work with several department or team to identify the correct department related to reconciling/Open item in reconciliation
• Ensure the proper, efficient and continuous operation of reconciliation.
• Ensure proper and correct accounting of transactions in company books.
• Prepare Monthly reconciling items report and Bank GL Schedules
• Highlight process gaps identified during reconciliation process and discuss with respective team.
• Assist and provide support to the Lead Finance Officer /Finance Manager to ensure smooth running of reconciliation operation. Prepare analysis and reports as required.
• Other duties as required by management.
