Job Description - HRBP Vietnam

Collaborate with the APAC Talent Acquisition team to handle recruitment processes in Vietnam.
Coordinate with Global Learning & Development to execute in-house and public training.
Assist the HR Manager in managing payroll information for processing with outsourced vendors.
Implement Employee Engagement activities to increase engagement level across the organisation.
Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures effectively.
Manage the administration of benefit programs including health, retirement, death, disability, unemployment, etc.
Ensure compliance with company rules and regulations including Ethics & Compliance.
