Job Description:
We are seeking passionate and skilled HR professionals to join our team. As an HR professional at Hala Health Home Care you will play a crucial role in our expansion and diversification efforts. Your responsibilities will include recruiting training administration payroll management and other HRrelated tasks. You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment contributing to our mission of redefining healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
Oversee employee training and development programs.
Manage employee relations including resolving issues and conflicts.
Administer payroll and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Participate in the development of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR professional preferably in the healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
HR certification (e.g. PHR SPHR) is a plus.
