Tasked with developing and executing programs to enhance operational capabilities, including aspects related to personnel, processes, and systems. Foster, nurture, and sustain highly cooperative and productive relationships with the Commercial team, Finance, HR, IT, and other operational stakeholders to propel forward-thinking GTM and RTM initiatives and process improvements that bolster operational efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, Serves as a guardian of business SOPs and offers advisory services on business development initiatives.
Education and Qualification
· Bachelor’s degree or Masters Degree in Business Administration or related field.
Work Experience
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership FMCG position with relevant technical experience.
