Job Description

Role Purpose:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget. Manage teams, optimize processes, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• Operational Strategy:
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Project Management:
• Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and develop the operations team.
• Quality Control:
• Ensure all activities meet quality standards and comply with safety regulations.
• Client Relations:
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Process Optimization:
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Financial Management:
• Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability.
• Safety Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of safety.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• PMP certification preferred
• Knowledge of elevator systems advantageous

Experience:

• 7-10 years in operations management, preferably in the elevator industry
• Proven track record in managing large-scale projects and teams
