Operations Manager - Remote Work

QatarDebate is seeking a passionate and resilient Operations Manager to join our remote team based in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in operations management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement operational policies and procedures - Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth daily operations - Analyze data and metrics to evaluate operational performance - Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Work with the executive team to develop strategic plans for the organization - Manage remote teams and ensure productivity and efficiency - Lead and motivate team members to achieve department goals - Oversee budgeting and financial management for operations - Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements - Handle any operational issues or emergencies that may arise

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in operations management - Strong planning and organizational skills - Creative problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software - Knowledge of industry best practices in operations management
