Join our team and embark on a rewarding career journey where you can make a difference every day!In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR related matters and support the organization regarding HR policies, processes, and standards.Here s some of the other things you can look forward to:HR Analyst for Workday system and manage the data for the countries assigned.Performing HR processes and documents preparation, including hiring, termination of service, and other HR operations task as and when required.Performing audits on HR processes and documents, including hiring, termination of services.Communicating with employees where necessary and helping with queries and document request.Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports.Assisting the HR team in the progression and moderation of operating policies, guidelines, and systems to encourage best practice within the company.Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data.Support to drive any Process Improvement activities related to HR Process and system for efficient HR Management.Support or Lead on Regional Assignment or Projects as assigned.This role will be based in Qatar and will report into the People Operations Manager ME.You Should Also Have The Following QualificationsA bachelor's or equivalent in computer science, information systems, HR management, business administration, or similar.At least 3-5 years of experience working as an HR Operations Support in Shared Service Environment.Proficiency in Workday is an added advantage.Ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve the documenting processes.Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff.Proficiency in database management and securityPresentation skills: report, dashboard, visualization, presentation.Analytical skills: research, statistical (analysis), quantitative (analysis)Application and further informationTo apply for this position, please submit your application letter with a CV in English via the link no later than the 10-May-2024.Please note that the interviews will take place 1-2 weeks after the application deadline, and you may want to pencil this time in your diary to avoid any holiday clashes.More About HempelAt Hempel, we are working together to shape a brighter future with sustainable coating solutions.
