Job Description - Administrative Coordinator

Job Description:


Qatar Steel Company is seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for someone who is independent, eager to learn, and looking to kickstart their career in administration.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to various departments within the company, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence. 2. Assist in the organization and coordination of events, conferences, and other company activities. 3. Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems. 4. Prepare and distribute internal communications and memos. 5. Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation. 6. Manage office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders as needed. 7. Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner. 8. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment. 2. Independent and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative. 3. Possess emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills. 4. Strong time management and organizational skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other basic computer skills. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
