Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:


Qatargas Operating Company Limited is seeking a reliable and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.


Responsibilities: - Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments - Managing communication with internal and external stakeholders - Handling travel arrangements for team members - Compiling reports and presentations for senior management - Assisting with research and data analysis projects - Maintaining and updating various databases and systems - Providing general administrative support as needed


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 1 year of experience in an administrative role - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Strategic planning and presentation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
