Operations Manager - Work from home

As an Operations Manager at Meddy, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. This is a full-time remote position based in Doha, Qatar, and we are looking for a candidate with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track the success of operations. 3. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 4. Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them reach their full potential. 5. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance overall operations. 6. Handle any issues or conflicts that may arise within the operations team. 7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role. 3. Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 5. Resourceful and adaptable, able to think quickly on your feet. 6. High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
