Job Description:
Msheireb Properties is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Secretary to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Remote Secretary, you will provide administrative support to senior management and ensure the smooth running of our office operations. This is a full-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 3 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and prioritize emails, correspondence, and other communications on behalf of senior management. 2. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 3. Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed. 4. Maintain electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring organization and easy access to information. 5. Assist in organizing events, conferences, and other special projects. 6. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion. 7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management. 8. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support decision-making. 9. Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items. 10. Perform general office duties such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office software. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure. 6. Analytical skills to assess information and provide valuable insights. 7. Previous experience as a secretary or administrative assistant preferred.
