We are looking for a confident and independent Secretary to join our team at Qatar Sports Investments. This is a full-time, entry level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Doha, Qatar.
As a Secretary, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Managing and organizing schedules, appointments, and meetings - Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls - Maintaining and updating records and databases - Assisting with project coordination and management - Providing administrative support to the team as needed
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess the following personality traits: confidence and independence. Additionally, soft skills such as innovation and adaptability are crucial for success in this role.
