Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to join our team at Qatar Mobility Innovations Center. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team members by managing calendars, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings. You will also assist with various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our organization.

Responsibilities: - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Handle correspondence, such as emails and phone calls - Organize and maintain files and documents - Assist with research and data entry tasks - Coordinate meetings and events - Provide general administrative support to team members - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Energetic and passionate about supporting our team - Attention to detail and strong time management skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Experience as a virtual assistant is a plus, but not required
