OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The F&B Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating all marketing communications strategies for the F&B outlets including advertising, promotions, public relations, e-commerce, social
media and collateral with focus on driving incremental revenue in line with the overall visions and objectives of the outlets.
Job Description:
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about marketing and have a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to promote our products/services and grow our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
- Manage product listings and optimize presence on different aggregator platforms (such as Talabat, Snoonu, Rafeeq, etc.) to maximize visibility and sales opportunities.
- Utilize WordPress to update and maintain the company website, ensuring content is current, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Create and manage ads on WordPress, including banner ads, display ads, and sponsored content, to promote products/services and drive traffic to the website.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms, including Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, etc., to reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with influencers to execute PR campaigns and leverage influencer partnerships to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure team members are aligned with marketing goals and objectives.
- Delegate tasks effectively, manage workload distribution, and oversee team performance to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
- Create compelling content for marketing materials, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media posts.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and digital technologies.
- Arrange monthly reports to the management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and campaign management.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive results.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
- Highly creative with a keen eye for design and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
