Our client is currently looking to hire a skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive the success of their business in Doha, Qatar. As the Senior Operations Manager, you will handle the following responsibilities: - Oversee the management of the sales and profitability of the stores within the assigned region - Ensure the implementation of all the retail, health and safety and operational standards across the assigned category - Support the management and recruitment of all operational staff and ensure that they are provided with necessary trainings and coaching - Communicate all essential information, policies, issues to the General Manager and the Store Managers - Monitor store inventory in coordination with the General Manager and Brand Manager - Take part in the development of store designs and concepts For this crucial post, the rewards are beyond the usual competitive tax-free salary package, but an opportunity to further develop as a professional within the thriving retail industry of the Middle East and have a large influence in an exciting new workplace.
