Senior Sales and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions to enhance their experience.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as operations and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the logistics or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform decision-making.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
• Valid Qatar Driving license
• Valid QID with transferable NOC

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR6,000.00 per month
