Job Description - Talent Management Officer

The Talent ManagementOfficer is responsible to coordinate and communicate withparticipants, vendors, business and assist with scheduling, trackingcertificates and attendance of the employees ensuring effectiveadministration and upkeep of training data and plans. The role assistsand coordinates the learning and development operations that supportthe completion of yearly plans and targets. The role assists withsourcing, attracting and selecting top talent in the market as well asresponsible for the onboarding process SAP to end-to-end management.In addition, the officer is responsible for culture and engagementactivities within the organization.

JobResponsibilities 1

Act as a supporter andcoordinator source for all Talent Management activities which consistof Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, and TalentDevelopment.

Manage all onboarding processes on the SAPsystem end to end to ensure a sustainable data recording.

Support induction processes of employees to onboard newcomerssmoothly.

Follow the trends on engagement and culture scopeall around the world and comes up with new ideas to adopt the Company.

Design decks, contents, visuals, and communication materialsfor all TM activities.

Support in creating a standard processfor Vendor management, TNA, and LMS administration and communicate toall operations teams across the business to ensure alignment withstandard processes.

Coordinate with participants and internalteams to ensure SLA is met including scheduling, trackingcertificates, recording attendance, and closing training requests.

Coordinate the induction process aligned to onboardingprotocol.

Perform the LMS administrative tasks to ensureconsistency and validity.

Produce weekly reports on trainingoperations that help the management make informed decisions. Consultwith operations teams to ensure standard processes.

Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meetdepartmental requirements, policies, and standards.

Liaisewith internal departments to determine recruitment needs. Conductsourcing activities to fill open positions.

Design and managerecruitment and selection processes (resume screening, screeningcalls, interviews, etc.)

Compile interview questions andconduct in-person or video call interviews with shortlistedcandidates.

Job Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulationsrelated to talent acquisition, development, and retention, includingknowledge of employment laws, recruitment strategies, and performancemanagement processes.

Skill in assessing the skills,competencies, and potential of employees through various assessmentmethods such as performance evaluations, competency assessments, andtalent reviews to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.

Ability to develop and implement employee engagementinitiatives, including recognition programs, career developmentopportunities, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employeesatisfaction, motivation, and retention.

Knowledge ofsuccession planning principles and practices to identifyhigh-potential employees, develop succession plans, and facilitatetalent pipelines to ensure the organization has a robust talent poolfor key roles.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting totrack talent management metrics, analyze trends, and identify insightsto inform talent management strategies and decision-making processes.

ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills is arequirement to be successful in this role.
