Job Description - Workday Benefits Specialist mfd

Working together with the Functional Process Owners and the Operations Team for Workday will comprise:

Discover and analyze complex issues in the system and review solution approaches.
Identify and design improvements within the existing Benefits Configuration.
Focus to secure global system and process stability.
Collaboration with Workday's Product Roadmap to identify valuable Benefits related product enhancements and prepare implementation within the Release Management.
Technically Advise and Consult Functional Process Owner incl. solution design.
Actively support and advise rollout projects of Benefits functionalities.
Define, manage, and execute Proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Collaboration with other customers to provide knowledge and respond to inquiries.
