Design Director (European Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead our design division, overseeing projects from conception to execution with a focus on innovation and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling design concepts.
• Provide strategic direction and mentorship to our team of architects, interior designers, and engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Ensure seamless coordination between design, engineering, and construction teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements, integrating new ideas and methodologies into our design process.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in architectural design and project management, with a minimum of 10 years' experience in a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
• Deep understanding of design principles and best practices across architecture, interior design, and engineering disciplines.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
