Job Description - Digital Project Delivery Lead

Lead Compression Project (cooperatively with multiple Digital Execution Managers and DSI) in the establishment and maintenance of digitally minded project execution teams.
Ensure that all activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements, project specifications and approved variations if any.
Support multiple Contractor’s teams in data governance, data quality, data analytics, and project reporting efforts.
Support Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, Completions, Project Controls, and other functions in executing with a lean team, making faster and better decisions, maximizing labour productivity.
Prepare plans and work schedules that ensure effective completion of project activities and provide data (reports, charts, graphs), recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays for monthly progress and stewardship reporting.
Support contractors and supplier configuration of data management tools to support effective delivery of data through the project lifecycle.
Advise and supply guidance to contractor ensuring their capability in providing all contract documents, progress and reporting measures and recommend additional technical support to address gaps.
Execute and provide status of project tracking and archiving of deliverables throughout the project lifecycle (recording revisions, revision purposes, distribution, and transmittal histories) in accordance with project requirements.
Plan and schedule discipline Surveillance of deliverables to enable efficient project execution.
Maintain the project reference data libraries for each data-oriented applications - ensuring maximum alignment to specified data structures and reference data library.
Participate in sharing lessons learned from previous and other projects, together with capturing current lessons learned to support future project and review teams.
