Account Support Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Hamad Medical Corporation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time remote work position based in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the account management team 2. Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships 3. Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed 4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services 5. Assist in resolving customer inquiries and addressing any issues that may arise 6. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven individual who can work effectively in a remote environment 2. Strong people management skills and ability to work well with a diverse team 3. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 6. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
