Katara Hospitality is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Support Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in account support or a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Account Manager in managing client accounts and relationships. 2. Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and analysis. 3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. 5. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in account support or a similar role. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Solid understanding of financial principles and reporting. 5. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
