Account Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Estithmar Holding is seeking a passionate and dedicated Account Support Associate to join our remote team in Doha, Qatar. As an Associate Level role, the Account Support Associate will play a key role in supporting our clients and ensuring smooth operations within the company.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and inquiries. 3. Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and provide ongoing support. 4. Conduct research to better understand client needs and preferences. 5. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure accurate billing and invoicing. 6. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions. 7. Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or account support roles. 3. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Teamwork and research skills are essential. 8. Must be passionate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
