Qatar Airways is seeking a dedicated and reliable Account Support Manager to join our dynamic team on a remote work basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions - Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded - Analyze account performance metrics and reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives - Provide leadership and guidance to support staff, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with excellence - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Act as a brand ambassador for Qatar Airways, representing our company values and mission in all client interactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the airline or travel industry - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
