Account Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Account Support Representative to join our team at BeIN Sports. This is a remote work position based in Doha, Qatar with full-time hours and an associate level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of independence and energy to thrive in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and live chat - Assist with onboarding new clients and provide training on our products and services - Manage client accounts and ensure all needs are met in a timely manner - Collaborate with sales team to identify and upsell opportunities within existing accounts - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new features and products - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly - Work closely with internal teams to resolve any technical or billing issues - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer support or account management role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards customer service - Strong persuasion and presentation skills - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
