Job summary The Assistant Marketing Manager, Delta Hotels City Center Doha
Promotes on-brand messaging to customers through various channels
Helps drive sales and revenue strategy, social media engagement, and marketing campaigns

Responsibilities • Execute annual marketing plan to budget
• Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, and Sales teams to execute promotions
• Act as liaison between marketing department and third-party agencies
• Manage F&B marketing calendar
• Maintain engagement with Digital Field Marketing account manager
• Verify advertising for the hotel in digital channels is in alignment with brand voice
• Facilitate social media engagement and update content
• Develop and execute promotions campaigns through digital and social media channels
• Assist in developing PR plan and maintain media contacts
• Support PR strategy and activities for quality press coverage
• Coordinate and execute Hotel and F&B printed materials
• Assist in the production of property and temporary signage
• Manage execution of F&B direct marketing activities
• Assist and manage communications activities for F&B promotions
• Work with Digital Field Marketing team to update hotel websites
• Stay informed about competition and marketing trends
Requirements • 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration or related field
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related field
• Hospitality marketing or digital advertising experience preferred
• 4-year bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related field
• 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related field
• Hospitality marketing or digital advertising agency experience preferred
Key Skills Needed • Strong marketing and advertising skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms
• Organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing trends
