Call Center Assistant - Remote Work

Job Description:

Al Jazeera Media Network is seeking a Call Center Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-from-home environment. The Call Center Assistant will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide information - Assist with customer complaints and problem resolution - Input data accurately into the system - Conduct research and gather information as needed - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Meet or exceed productivity and quality goals

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resilient and confident personality traits - Strong research and innovative skills - High school diploma or equivalent
