Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Call Center Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways in a remote work position. As a Call Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our call center, ensuring efficient and high-quality customer service delivery.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of call center agents, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Develop and implement call center policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction - Monitor call center metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination across the organization - Implement strategies to increase productivity and meet KPIs - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in call center management - Proven track record of successful team leadership and performance management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to make sound decisions under pressure - Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts and drive positive outcomes - Hardworking and resourceful mindset to find creative solutions to challenges - Proficiency in call center technology and software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Ability to work remotely and effectively manage a remote team
