Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Call Center Officer to join our team at Qatar Electricity & Water Company. This position offers remote work flexibility, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. The Call Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls from customers and providing assistance with their inquiries and concerns. 2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests and resolve any outstanding issues. 3. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Updating customer information in the company database accurately. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Meeting or exceeding daily call quotas and quality assurance guidelines. 7. Providing feedback on call center processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Adaptable to change and able to handle a fast-paced work environment. 7. Confidence in handling challenging customer interactions. 8. A cooperative attitude and willingness to collaborate with others. 9. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
