Call Center Representative - Remote Work

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Call Center Representative to join our team at Qatar Rail for a remote work position in Doha, QA. As an Associate level representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone interactions.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Provide accurate information about products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Presentation and leadership skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - High school diploma or equivalent
